Resources Before You Sell
Check whether a resource should fuel the current route, support repairs, unlock research, or stay in storage for a near-term build.
Selling Can Block The Next Build
A resource can be low value in one moment and a blocker later. Selling Black Box, Weapon Parts, Metal Rods, Weird Coral, or fuel before checking route and crafting needs can slow the next expedition.
Sort Resources By Route Use
Sort resources into current-route support, near-term crafting material, trade item, or surplus. Open Database when the item appears in a source index entry.
- Resources in SAND are route and progression decisions: fuel, repair supplies, crafting materials, trade items, and research-tree inputs should be checked before selling or extending a risky route.
- Keep enough route support before chasing another POI.
- Check Database before selling scarce materials.
- Leave Not listed fields unfilled until confirmed in game or source data.
